Email Marketing

There's money sitting in your customer list.

You've served hundreds of people. Most of them will need you again — and most won't remember your name when they do. Email is the only channel where reaching them costs you nothing per send and nobody's bidding against you.

Straight talk about whether this is for you

Most of my email work has been for e-commerce brands, creators, and insurance — an 8,000-person list for Grails SF, 4,000 for Heavenly Kickz, and welcome and nurture automation for an 11,000+ person Allstate list. That's where the volume is, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.

So here's the honest version for a service business: email is worth building if you already have a list of past customers. If you've been in business a few years and have hundreds of email addresses sitting in your invoicing software, that's an asset you're not using. If you're brand new with no list, start with LSA and Google Ads — build the list first, monetize it second.

What email actually does for a service business

23,000 subscribers managed

An 8,000-person list for Grails SF and 4,000 for Heavenly Kickz — campaigns, automations, and consistent revenue from audiences those brands had already paid to build. Plus welcome, thank-you, and reminder automations designed and deployed across an 11,000+ person list for Allstate, a Fortune 500 insurance brand.

What you get

  1. Welcome and nurture sequences. What lands in someone's inbox after they first contact you or first pay you.
  2. Promotional campaigns. Seasonal, service-specific, written to be sent — not templates you have to finish yourself.
  3. Automations. Reminders, follow-ups, reactivation, review requests. Built once, running continuously.
  4. Full setup inside your platform. Integrated, tested, and live — not a document describing what you should build.

What it costs

$1,500 one-time for the complete system, built from scratch and handed over. Add $500/mo if you want me writing and sending the ongoing campaigns instead of doing it yourself.

Email also folds into the full multi-channel funnel at $5K–$7K+, where it runs alongside ads and lead magnets as one system. Full pricing →

Questions

Before you spend
money on this.

Only if you have a list. If you've served hundreds of people and have their emails, yes — maintenance reminders, seasonal offers, and quote follow-ups are worth building. If you have no list yet, ads and LSA come first and email comes later. I'll tell you which situation you're in on the call.

Smaller than you'd think. A few hundred real past customers beats a list of ten thousand strangers, because past customers have already paid you and already trust you. List quality is the whole game.

Whatever you already use, in most cases. If you're starting from nothing I'll recommend something that fits your business and budget — not whatever pays the biggest affiliate commission.

I write them. Copywriting is the part of this I actually get hired for — that's what the testimonials on the homepage are about. If you'd rather write them yourself and just want the system built, the $1,500 build covers that and you skip the monthly.
